Heatronics Medical Devices Private Limited, a Noida-based health-tech startup, has raised ₹1.8 crore in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The fresh investment will help the company improve its manufacturing, expand its distribution network, and strengthen its brand presence across India.

Founded in December 2022, Heatronics focuses on making smart heating products that help people manage pain and stay comfortable. The company is led by Founder and CEO Hargun Singh Chawla, a former Amazon engineer who turned his family’s heating products business into a direct-to-consumer (D2C) health-tech brand.

The funding round also received support from angel investors Nitin Agarwal, a former GlobalBees executive, and Shivam Mishra of String Ventures. The round was launched at a pre-money valuation of $2 million, showing growing investor interest in India’s medical devices and healthcare startup space.

Fresh Investment to Support Growth Plans

Heatronics plans to use the newly raised funds to grow its business in several areas. The company will invest in marketing and branding, improve its manufacturing facility, and expand its distribution channels to reach more customers.

The startup has seen strong growth over the past year. It reported more than 100% year-on-year growth, while its monthly revenue increased by nearly four times, or around 290%, leading up to May 2026.

The company runs a 12,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Noida and has a team of more than 40 employees. Heatronics says its fully Indian supply chain allows it to manufacture products at a lower cost than similar products imported from China. This gives the company an advantage while competing with both premium international brands and local manufacturers.

Heatronics has also received important certifications, including ISO 13485, CDSCO Class B approval for medical devices, and BIS certification. These certifications help ensure the quality and safety of its products.

According to public records, the company also has existing loans, including a ₹95 lakh loan registered under the “Others” category and a ₹34 lakh loan from Axis Bank.

Smart Heating Products for Daily Pain Relief

Heatronics’ main product range is called hCore, which includes 10 different heating products. The company says it designed these products after speaking with more than 500 customers to better understand their everyday health problems and comfort needs.

The hCore range is made for different types of pain and daily use. The products help with period cramps, neck and cervical pain, arthritis and joint pain, knee pain, and winter comfort through electric blankets and heating pads.

One of the key features of every hCore product is its built-in Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) sensor. The sensor checks the surface temperature and automatically adjusts the heat in real time. This helps provide even warmth and avoids the hot and cold spots that are common in regular heating pads.

The products also come with an automatic shut-off feature. After a set amount of time, the device switches off on its own, making it safer for users, especially if they fall asleep while using it.

By combining smart technology with healthcare products, Heatronics aims to offer safe, comfortable, and reliable pain relief solutions for everyday use.

Omnichannel Strategy Helps Reach More Customers

Heatronics sells its products through multiple channels to reach customers across India. The products are available on Amazon, the company’s own Shopify-powered website, Blinkit for quick deliveries, and through offline retail stores.

This omnichannel approach allows the company to serve customers through both online and offline platforms while building a stronger direct relationship with consumers.

Founder and CEO Hargun Singh Chawla has combined his technology background with his family’s manufacturing experience to build the business. The company is focusing on smart product development, quality manufacturing, and wider distribution to grow its presence in India’s healthcare and medical devices market.

With fresh funding, strong revenue growth, and expanding manufacturing capabilities, Heatronics is preparing for the next stage of its journey. As more consumers look for safe and easy-to-use pain relief products at home, the startup hopes to strengthen its position in India’s fast-growing health-tech industry.
