India’s startup ecosystem has a new AI-focused company. BCT Ventures has officially launched its operations after raising ₹42 crore (around $5 million) in seed funding. The funding round was led by 3one4 Capital and will help the startup build AI-native consumer brands instead of following the traditional direct-to-consumer (D2C) model.

The company was co-founded by Kashyap Vadapalli, KV Ravi Shekhar, and Anubhav Sonthalia. The founders have worked with well-known companies such as Google, eBay, Pepperfry, Vedantu, WPP, Sokrati, and Dentsu. Their experience covers consumer brands, digital growth, venture building, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions.

BCT Ventures will first focus on the nutrition and wellness sector. The company believes artificial intelligence can help create better products, understand customer needs, and improve marketing performance. Instead of using traditional methods to build brands, it plans to use AI at every stage of the business.

BCT Ventures Will Use Three AI Systems to Build Brands

BCT Ventures has developed three AI-powered systems that work together to build and grow consumer brands.

The first system is called Resonance. It helps the company understand what customers want by working with practitioners and experts instead of depending mainly on influencers. AI is used to support content writing, production, and distribution. This helps the company collect valuable customer insights and identify market demand.

The second system, Nucleus, uses these insights to create new products. It combines expert knowledge with AI analysis to find gaps in the market and develop products that meet customer needs.

The third system is Meridian, which manages marketing. It automates tasks such as testing advertisements, buying media, managing budgets, and improving return on ad spend (ROAS). The company says this system can deliver nearly three times better marketing results while using a much smaller team.

These three AI systems work together in a continuous cycle. Customer feedback collected through marketing is used to improve future products, helping the company respond quickly to changing consumer preferences.

The founders believe this AI-driven model will help BCT Ventures launch products faster, reduce marketing costs, and build stronger consumer brands.

According to Ministry of Corporate Affairs records, a company named BCT Ventures Private Limited was incorporated in October 2023 with a paid-up capital of ₹1 lakh and is registered in Ganganagar, Rajasthan. However, the newly launched venture is focused on building AI-native consumer brands for the Indian market.

AI Is Changing the Way Consumer Brands Are Built

The launch of BCT Ventures highlights how artificial intelligence is becoming an important part of India’s startup ecosystem. Instead of using AI only as a support tool, many startups are now making it a key part of their business strategy.

AI is already changing industries such as healthcare, finance, retail, and education. Consumer brands are also using AI to improve product development, personalise customer experiences, automate marketing campaigns, and reduce costs.

BCT Ventures has chosen to enter the nutrition and wellness market, a sector that is growing quickly as more people look for personalised health and wellness products. AI can help companies understand changing customer needs and develop products more efficiently.

The founders also bring experience from technology, consumer internet, digital advertising, and business strategy, giving the company a strong foundation for future growth. Over time, BCT Ventures plans to expand beyond wellness and build more AI-native consumer brands.

The fresh funding will be used to strengthen the company’s AI technology, develop new products, expand its team, and grow its practitioner-led content platform.

As competition increases in India’s consumer startup space, investors are showing greater interest in companies that combine artificial intelligence with scalable business models. BCT Ventures hopes to stand out by using AI across product development, audience building, and marketing instead of treating it as just another technology tool.

With ₹42 crore in seed funding, an experienced founding team, and a technology-first approach, BCT Ventures is looking to build the next generation of consumer brands in India. Its progress in the nutrition and wellness sector will be closely watched as AI continues to reshape the country’s startup landscape.
