New Delhi, June 18, 2026: Global Human Rights Trust (GHRT International) has announced the appointment of Dr. Vasikarla Pavan Kumar as the Director General – Legal Affairs for its USA, Germany, and Oman Chapters.
A distinguished legal professional, ethical hacker, motivational speaker, and social worker, Dr. Pavan Kumar brings extensive experience in legal affairs, public service, media engagement, and social welfare initiatives. He is currently pursuing his Master of Laws (LL.M.) and has successfully completed an International Law Course from the European Institute of Leadership & Management, Dublin, Ireland.
Over the years, Dr. Pavan Kumar has built a reputation for his contributions to legal advocacy, civil and criminal legal matters, cybersecurity awareness, and community development. His dedication to justice and social empowerment has earned him several prestigious recognitions, including an Honorary Doctorate, the Vagdhara Award, Rabindra Ratna Puraskar, Bharat Seva Puraskar, and recognition as part of a Guinness World Record initiative.
In addition to his legal and social contributions, Dr. Pavan Kumar is also associated with the Consultative Member Working Committee under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
